All packages are part of a sacred energy exchange and are non-refundable
• Promotional offerings are extended as a gift and cannot be refunded once purchased
• Sessions are designed to be used within their designated time frame to support momentum and continuity
•If a package expires, the promotional discount expires, but the value you paid does not. You can still use the remaining credit toward a full-price group sound bath by paying the small difference (usually $5–$10).
• Packages are intended for individual use and are not transferable
• Sessions are not shareable between participants
• To maintain fairness and energetic balance, packages cannot be paused, extended, or adjusted

A pack is our loyalty reward taken up front. You pay less per session from your very first booking, which is why pack sessions do not also collect punches toward a free class. One route or the other, whichever suits how you like to pay.
Paying as you go instead? Six community sound baths within six months and your next one is on me.
