What BECOME Is
BECOME is a small, six-week experience that combines sound, hypnosis, breath, and nervous-system regulation to help you align with one clear intention and allow it to move from possibility into reality.
This isn’t about pushing harder, fixing yourself, or forcing outcomes.
It’s about creating the internal conditions where clarity settles, the body feels safe, and movement begins naturally.
Why This Exists
A few years ago, I found myself in a quiet pause between chapters.
I had come through cancer.
I had lost my mother.
Life was still moving on the surface — work, travel, music — but internally, something slowed everything down.
It wasn’t sadness.
It was listening.
I knew something was forming — a sound studio, a sanctuary, a place of resonance — but I didn’t yet know how it would take shape.
What I noticed was this:
The harder I tried to figure it out, the tighter my body became.
The more I pushed, the further clarity felt.
What shifted everything wasn’t effort.
It was support.
I began working with a hypnotherapist. We did one long session, then I listened to a specific recording consistently — not trying to make anything happen, but allowing my nervous system to soften into the idea of what I was creating.
I didn’t plan the studio.
I felt it.
How it would feel to open the door.
How the instruments would sound in the space.
How people might feel when they arrived.
Once that settled, movement followed.
The studio opened in thirty-six days — not because I rushed, but because my system trusted what was unfolding.
BECOME was created from that understanding.
When the body feels safe, clarity leads.
When the nervous system is supported, momentum comes without force.

Each week, we create a consistent container where your system can settle, receive, and integrate.
You’ll experience:
Live sound journeys designed to organize the nervous system
Hypnosis sessions led by Hope Shay to work beneath conscious effort
Breath and body awareness practices that support regulation
Gentle guidance to keep your focus on one aligned direction

Week 1 — Goal Clarity
Choose one clear goal and establish the internal state of “this is already in motion.”
Week 2 — Identity & State
Become the version of you who naturally moves toward this goal.
Week 3 — Clearing Internal Resistance
Release subconscious fear, doubt, and hesitation that slow progress.
Week 4 — Emotional Alignment
Stabilize your emotional baseline so momentum feels grounded and sustainable.
Week 5 — Aligned Action
Translate internal shifts into clear, calm, consistent action.
Week 6 — Integration & Embodiment
Anchor the new baseline and carry momentum forward beyond the program.
