We Are the Nervous System Reset
Sound is a mechanical wave, a physical pressure that moves through the air and through you, a body that is mostly water. When the 18-to-22-inch therapeutic bowls sound, those low frequencies don’t just reach your ears. They wash over your whole body, and you feel them move through you, carrying and dissolving held stress as they pass.
This isn’t background music to fall asleep to. It’s a full-body reset for people attuned to frequency and vibration. Most walk in skeptics and leave in quiet disbelief. Many come back as regulars, and sometimes it takes a few days to understand what shifted. If you feel nothing at all, that’s perfect too. Sound meets you exactly where you are.

Nothing Here Is Random
Sometimes I play a single bowl and let its wash and decay carry you all the way to the end, that long fade is where you let go. Other times I move through deliberate sequences: a C♯ journey, a D-minor chord journey, a C-major journey. Either way, nothing is by chance, every note is chosen for a reason. Doctors don’t guess; they follow a protocol. I work the same way: I hear how each instrument sounds and feel the energy as it moves over you, and if it’s off, I adjust in the moment.
That’s why a group session here feels like a semi-private one. You’re never just lying in a room of bowls. The session reads you and meets you where you are.
This is co-creative. It depends on why you come, some to rest and sleep, some to release, some to manifest. The music is created in advance; live, I shape the frequencies and effects in the moment. You visualize whatever no longer serves you. We make the journey together.
The Training Comes From Doing
Trained by Soul Remember Sound Healing in London, with study in Biofield Tuning and Pranic Healing intensives under Master Co. But a certificate only opens the door.
Six years now, every day, on real people. Mastery comes from daily practice with real clients. That practice taught me how to listen, and what to listen for. If you don’t know what you’re listening for, what are you really doing? I’ve felt this work on my own body and on my partner’s. Feeling, not guessing.

How I Got Into Sound Healing
In January 2019 I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I was a marathoner, working out daily, DJ’ing, creating music. That Valentine’s Day, my partners told me: “You make dance mixes, running mixes, lounge mixes. Look into sound healing, to help you slow down.”
So I did. I went deep into the science of slowing the brainwaves, not all the way, just enough to let you drift. From there you can release what you’re holding, set an intention, or simply rest.
Over 40 years working with music gave me the theory, how notes and chords combine. My lived experience gave me the certainty, because it worked on me, and on my partner.

Peter is the founder of Saints & Angels and came to this work the hard way, a 2019 multiple myeloma diagnosis, and a pandemic chapter where his partner Chad was hospitalized in critical condition. Peter turned that hospital room into a healing space, and it was Chad who first placed a singing bowl in his hands. He teaches from lived experience, not a textbook, bringing a real music-production background (Ableton, solfeggio tones, binaural beats) to crystal bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. He doesn’t just play bowls, he orchestrates sound.
