Return Policy with Harmonious Vibes

At Saints and Angels Healing Through Sound, we go beyond the standard return policy. While special orders and custom items, which are uniquely curated for your personal needs, are not eligible for return or refund, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with all other products.
If you need to return any item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item you received was incorrect or defective. In this case, we will absorb the restocking fee and cover the return shipping costs.

Rest assured, we are committed to processing your returns as smoothly and swiftly as possible. Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package reaching the return shipper. This includes the time it takes for us to receive and process your return, and for your bank to handle our refund request. Often, this process may be quicker.
